Alumni Ambassador Colin Cherry
Colin is a Research Officer at the Institute for Information Technology of the National Research Council of Canada, Ottawa. Prior to this, he was a Researcher in the Natural Language Processing group at Microsoft Research, Redmond, Washington. He completed his MSc and PhD at University of Alberta. On graduation from Acadia in 2001, Colin was the recipient of the Governor General's Award as well as the University Gold Medal.
